• How to manage stress
• How to deal with common stepfamily problems
• Strategies for creating a healthy stepfamily

I also speak to different groups about various topics such as,

• Stepfamily life
• Teen suicide and depression
• Women and depression
• the effects of divorce on children
• Effective parenting skills
